1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and FPicViewer ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the website or the API, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FPicViewer.

2. What FPicViewer does

FPicViewer is a digital lookup service (available on the web and via API) that acts solely as a technical viewer at your direction. When you submit a Facebook profile link, FPicViewer retrieves the current profile picture and cover photo available on Facebook for that profile, including both public and locked profiles, in the highest resolution available. Access to lookups is provided through digital lookup credits (one-time packs) and recurring subscription plans. If a profile has no photo or the link is invalid or unavailable, the lookup fails and isn't counted against your credits or plan.

3. Your responsibility for the photos

You're responsible for how you use the photos you download. The photos belong to the people who posted them, and they may be protected by copyright, trademark, publicity and privacy laws. FPicViewer does not grant you any license or rights to anyone's photos. Only use a photo in ways the law allows and that respect the person in it.

You agree not to use FPicViewer or any photo from it to:

• harass, stalk, threaten, bully, dox or intimidate anyone;
• impersonate someone, misrepresent your identity or create fake profiles;
• publish, redistribute, sell or share someone's photos without the legal right or permission to do so;
• track or monitor people, scrape at scale, or build face recognition, biometric or other databases of people;
• violate intellectual property, privacy or data protection rights, or do anything else that is illegal where you or the person in the photo live.

4. Your account and API key

You sign up with Google or Microsoft, and each account gets an API key. Keep your key private: anyone who has it can use your lookups. You're responsible for what happens with your account and key. One person may have one free account; creating extra accounts to get more free lookups isn't allowed.

5. Fair use of the service

Don't try to get around lookup limits, overload the service, scrape it, resell access without our written permission, or interfere with how it works. We may limit or block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

6. Free lookups, plans, billing and refunds

New accounts may get a few free lookups. We can change or end free offers at any time. All prices are shown in USD before checkout, and digital lookup credits or subscription access are delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.

One-time packs: One-time packs are a single payment for digital lookup credits that never expire and do not renew automatically.

Subscription plans and cancellation: Monthly and Yearly subscription plans bill on a recurring basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account under Manage billing; when you cancel, no further recurring charges are made and you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Payment processing and refund policy: Only successful lookups are counted. Payments are processed securely by our authorized payment provider (supporting major cards such as Visa and Mastercard), and we never see or store your full card details. Because digital lookup credits and subscription access are delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable once credits are issued or a billing period has started, except where applicable law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us and we'll review and resolve it promptly.

7. Saved results

On Monthly and Yearly plans, recent results are saved to your account for a limited time (7 days on Monthly, up to 30 days on Yearly) so you can open them again for free. After that they're deleted automatically. We don't build a library or public archive of anyone's pictures.

8. Non-affiliation with Facebook and service availability

FPicViewer is an independent service and isn't affiliated with, endorsed, administered or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Because the service depends on Facebook availability, lookups can fail or the service can be unavailable, and features may change. We don't promise that any particular profile can be looked up.

9. No warranty

FPicViewer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for how you or anyone else uses a photo. Our total liability for any claim about FPicViewer is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Claims caused by your use

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used FPicViewer or a photo from it, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

12. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without a refund for the time left. You can stop using FPicViewer at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Signing in or using FPicViewer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
